Located directly on the ocean, and just a 10 minute walk to the restaurants and shopping of Santa Eularia and the marina, this charming oceanfront two bedroom apartment is an ideally located sanctuary with incredible access and the amenities that make for an enjoyable stay. The owner has traveled extensively as a digital nomad with over 1,000 nights booked at hotels and Airbnb’s, and with that experience has carefully thought to include the most meaningful amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient. From the fiber optic internet to a high quality hair dryer, small but important details like a wine opener, coffee grinder and a french press, and high quality pillows and mattresses, even an LED ring light for video content providers! . . . you’ll find nothing lacking in making your visit enjoyable.

All The Apartment Details
- Available for up to 4-6 guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed for up to 2 people. The second bedroom is uniquely set up to have either two twin size beds OR one king size bed, with a king size luxury mattress topper. 2 more guests can sleep on the convertible sofa bed for up to 3 nights per month. (Only the number of guests agreed upon may stay, and all guests must be registered)
- 86 Meters Square of living space (Plus 17M rooftop terrace), with living space on two levels. The entry level includes a full bathroom, kitchen, living room, and laundry/storage closet; Upstairs included two bedrooms and large full bathroom with tub.
- The kitchen is fully stocked with sensible and useful items, such as . . . high quality stainless steel cookware set, non-stick frying pans, serving bowls, mixing bowls, cheese grater, vegetable peeler, quality knives, and numerous other items. While the kitchen is small, the most important things are available so you can actually cook a proper meal.
- Wifi is available with an exclusive connection only for the apartment, it is not shared like most hotels. The speed is as high as available in Ibiza, by way of fiber optic cable and a new WIFI 6 router and additional wifi extender.
- The apartment complex is very safe. An outside locked gate protects the complex and parking area.
- One private parking space is included inside the gated area. Additional parking is available for free on the street, in front of the complex outside the gate.
- Large pool is available for guest use – It is so close you can look down at it from the balcony.
- Ocean front property – When you walk out the back door of the apartment complex, you are 20 meters from the ocean.
- Private rooftop terrace – with two lounge chairs, teak dining table and chairs with umbrella, suitable for nude sunbathing in privacy, or enjoying drinks and food while viewing the ocean. Additionally, the living room and both bedrooms each have a balcony with ocean views.
- The majority of furniture and amenities have been newly purchased this year. Everything is clean and new!
- Air conditioning and heating is included in the apartment – If you haven’t traveled to Ibiza before, you might not realize that air conditioning and heating is actually quite rare.
- The apartment entrance is on the second floor of the building, and there is an exterior elevator. Note that the apartment is on three levels including the rooftop terrace without an interior elevator, so not recommended for disabled persons.
- This apartment is exclusively non-smoking, including no vaping. No pets are allowed of any kind.. It is our goal to keep a healthy and hypoallergenic environment that is safe and comfortable for all guests. Any violation of this rule will result in forfeiture of the security deposit to pay for deep cleaning.
- This is NOT a party-friendly apartment. While gatherings and entertaining are part of the Ibiza lifestyle, the apartment complex is family oriented, peaceful, and quiet. Those wishing to have loud parties should not stay here, but of course small gatherings and dinner parties are welcome.
- The location is on the north side of Santa Eularia. It is an 8 minute walk to the marina; 10 minutes walk to downtown shops and restaurants; 25-30 minute drive to Ibiza airport. A large “Mercadona” brand grocery store is directly across the street. There is a bus that can take you to Ibiza town from the Santa Eularia bus station for 2 euro, and the bus station is a 15 minute walk from the apartment.
