Apartment Questions
What is included in the rent?
Rental of this apartment includes use of the pool, use of a fully stocked kitchen, all furnishings and linens and towels, and one reserved parking spot.
Are Utilities Included?
Utilities are not included. Utility expenses include electricity for heat, air conditioning and cooking, water usage, and wifi. This is typical for almost all Ibiza property rentals.
Are pets allowed?
No. No pets of any kind are permitted in this apartment rental
How many people can stay in the apartment?
A maximum of 4 people are allowed to stay in the apartment.
Is parking included?
This apartment rental includes ONE reserved and dedicated parking spot. Additional parking is usually available on the street outside the apartment complex, but it is not guaranteed.
Is there Wifi Internet?
YES! We have the fastest internet available in Ibiza – Fiber optic cable and wireless router.
Is smoking allowed?
No. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the apartment or balconies. If upon checkout there is evidence of smoking in the apartment, a 1000 Euro fee will be deducted from the deposit for deep cleaning and purification.
How close is the apartment to downtown Santa Eularia?
The apartment is just a 8 minute walk to the marina and 10 minute walk to downtown area for unlimited choices of shopping and restaurants.
Is there grocery shopping nearby?
